Peanuts

Place raw Virginia type peanuts (with skins) in a shallow baking pan 1 layer deep.

Roast in an oven at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.

Remove from oven just short of done, as they continue to cook after you pull them out. 

Stir hot peanuts in a bowl with a little butter or margarine.

Add popcorn salt!
