A Neighbor in Boone showed me how to make this.
It's really good, and worth a try.

Ingredients

8 Cups  Strong, Hot Coffee
1 Box Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 Split Vanilla Bean
1 Fifth Vodka

Dissolve sugar in hot coffee.  Let cool. 
Stir in vodka and add vanilla bean.
Put in a Dark Bottle.  Store in dark 30+ days.
