Noel's Quiche

Noel whipped one of these up in Boone and I have to make one every now and then. 

Who says real men don't eat quiche?  This stuff is good!

Ingredients

Ready Bake Pie Crust

3-4  Eggs

1/2 lb  Sausage

1 Cup  Evaporated Milk

3/4  Cup Milk

Cup+  Shredded Cheddar Cheese

A Little Black Pepper

A Little Crushed Red Pepper

1/3  Cup Brocolli

Brown Sausage and set aside.  Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, evaporated milk, red pepper, and black pepper.

Mix in sausage, cheese and brocolli.  Pour in pie crust.

Bake about 45 minutes.
