Begin by opening a cold beer
and drink half of it.
Fire and prepare
your grill to cook indirectly.

With a church key, make 2 more openings at the top of the can.
As you can see, this is going to be a Mexican BeerButt chicken.

Insert can into cavity of cleaned chicken keeping everything upright.

Slide the can in until it stops.
Sprinkle chicken with JodysGarage Dry Rub or substitute
inferior product

Stand the chicken up on the grill, being careful not to let it fall over.
Might as well throw some wings on, too!

Cook over indirect heat at 300-325

Pull out can and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces.
