Bee Hive

The hive is doing great- lots of activity.
I have noticed that the bees are drinking water from the birdbath.

May 2002

Ordered more bees and they came in May.
Successfully installed 3 lbs and a queen.

February 2002

Some bad news when I checked the hive in early February.  The hive is dead!
The top hive body was 85% full of honey, so there was plenty of food.
I suspect mites after talking to some local pros.
